This is a family-run, small hotel on the outskirts of Paris. The two guys in charge, Christian and Mathieu, are incredibly sweet, helpful, polite. They provide added value to this hotel. Other than that: rooms small but clean and tidy, breakfast adequate, with freshly baked croissant, coffee and juice.
The wifi and close to the business
Kindly family run hotel with small rooms, but clean and tidy Friendly helpful staff
Happy friendy helpful staff, quaint rooms, good location, nice bar/bistro downstairs
Difficult to carry bags up to 4th flor as lift didnt seem to work, but wasnt too much of a chore
Very friendly family run hotel. 2 minute walk from metro that is 20 mins to central tourist attractions.
The hotel is very near the metro station, staff is helpful and friendly. The room is not big but extremely clean, bathroom is modern. The price is cheap, so if you are travel on your own or as a young couple just want to stay Paris over the weekend, this hotel is a good choice. I will definitely stay there again.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room just perfect for a weekend stop - we were attending Grand Prix du Quatar so location was spot on.
Very close to the subway, with a staff always ready to help in any possible way. Not a fancy place, no fitness club or other gimmicks, but extremely efficient, and excellent value for money !
Rooms at the corner with the Avenue will be considered noisy by some (all rooms ending with 1). However, you get used to it.
Very helpful and friendly staff, wifi everywhere and rooms clean
Location is good near metro station and mcdonald kfc. . . staff is very kind . but now already change new curse remodeling.
Small room but comfortable
Excellent staff. Good location for metro. Family feel and treated as such.
Helpful, friendly staff. Room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, modern, renovated with top quality tiles and bath accessories. Also, the room is soundproofed; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to metro station (300m) and excellent restaurants are at hand. Wireless internet reliable.
Rooms are small but very clean The. Common areas of the hotel are a little tired but if you need to be at this side of Paris and have limited budget I would highly recommend. Breakfast was €7.50 extra but I thought excellent and worth the money
Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent modern bathrooms, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Traffic noise from the large Avenue - better with the window closed. Bedrooms could probably do with a redecoration (but the bathrooms are excellent!)
A well-run little family-owned hotel, our room was small but immaculate; the bathroom was new with excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast (at extra cost) was nice too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No air-conditioning and if you open the window it could be noisy. Reception is unmanned at night. If you are arriving late be sure to ring ahead and check the pin code to gain entry; our Booked.net reservation gave a pin code but it was wrong and we could have had to sleep rough except another guest helped us! The outside sign with its red flashing arrow on Avenue Du Général Leclerc looks tired and tawdry but once inside all is good.
